Cold-Blooded Tactician, Thelonious vi skill card, designed by Konami first released in May, 2023 in the set Speed Duel GX: Duelists of Shadows.
A deck focused on Reptile monsters, such as a Reptile-based control or stun deck, would benefit from using Cold-Blooded Tactician due to its ability to disrupt the opponent's board by changing the battle positions of their monsters. While this card can be useful in certain situations, there are better options available in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG that offer more versatile or powerful effects, such as Book of Moon or Compulsory Evacuation Device. Therefore, Cold-Blooded Tactician may not see much play in competitive decks, but could still be a fun and thematic choice for casual Reptile-themed decks.
