A deck focused on swarming the field with Level 3 WATER monsters, such as a Frogs deck, would greatly benefit from using Big Whale. However, due to its high cost of 9 ygo-water to be played, it may be more efficient to consider other cards like Swap Frog or Dupe Frog which can provide similar swarming effects at a lower cost.
