A deck that focuses on high-level monster summons and has the ability to easily generate or search for the necessary tribute monsters would benefit from including War-Lion Ritual. However, in a competitive setting, there are generally more efficient Ritual summoning cards available that offer better effects or easier summoning conditions, such as Advanced Ritual Art or Pre-Preparation of Rites.
