This card, Pot of Riches, would benefit Pendulum-based decks that heavily rely on Pendulum Monsters in both the Main Deck and Extra Deck. While it provides a way to recycle resources and draw cards, its restriction on Special Summoning can be a drawback. Decks that can easily recover from not Special Summoning on the turn it's activated and can take advantage of the card draw would find Pot of Riches useful.
