A deck that focuses on swarm tactics and has a variety of monsters with different levels would benefit from using Double Attack in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. This card can be particularly effective in decks that aim to overwhelm the opponent with multiple attacks in a single turn. While Double Attack can be situational and requires specific setup, there are potentially better cards available such as Limiter Removal or United We Stand that offer more versatile and powerful effects. However, Double Attack could still see play in certain niche strategies that rely on Level manipulation and aggressive plays.
