A deck that focuses on swarming the field with non-Token Normal Monsters would benefit from using Order to Charge in order to gain removal and disrupt the opponent's board presence. However, there are better alternatives such as Enemy Controller or Floodgate Trap Hole which provide more versatile and impactful effects, making them more viable options for competitive play. Order to Charge may see situational play in specific deck strategies that heavily rely on Normal Monsters, but overall, it is not considered a top-tier card in the current metagame.
