Seiyaryu, Dragon normal monster, designed by Konami first released in Jun, 2022 in the set Ghosts From the Past. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.31.
This card could be beneficial in a Dragon-themed deck that focuses on aggressive plays and burn damage. However, in the current meta, there are more powerful Dragon monsters with better effects and stats, such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Red-Eyes Black Dragon, making Seiyaryu less competitive. It may not see much play in high-level competitive decks, but could still be a fun addition to casual Dragon decks for its nostalgic value and cool artwork.
