A deck that focuses on disruption and hand control would benefit from using Swarm of Crows in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. While its effect of discarding a random card from your opponent's hand upon Flip Summon can be useful, there are better cards available for hand control such as Delinquent Duo or Mind Crush, which can provide more consistent and impactful disruption. Swarm of Crows may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations and the availability of stronger hand control options.
