This skill card, Call of the Haunted, would benefit decks that rely on graveyard recursion and swarming strategies, such as Zombie or Dark Magician decks. There are better alternatives like Monster Reborn, which does not have the drawback of drawing less cards and can target any monster in the GY, making it a more versatile and powerful choice.
