Nissa, Genesis Mage would be a great fit in a ramp or midrange deck that focuses on accelerating mana production and gaining board advantage through creature buffs and land untapping. While Nissa's abilities are powerful, there are other cards like Nissa, Who Shakes the World that might be more efficient in a similar deck, as they provide better mana ramp and board presence. However, Nissa, Genesis Mage could still see play in decks looking for additional versatility and late-game power.

You can activate Nissa’s first ability with fewer than four targets. For example, you could target one creature and two lands, or no creatures and two lands. You could even choose no targets at all.
