A deck centered around Alien monsters would benefit the most from using Mass Hypnosis in a Yu-Gi-Oh TCG strategy, as it allows for the control of up to 3 opponent's monsters with A-Counters on them. While Mass Hypnosis can be a powerful control card in the right situation, it does have limitations such as being destroyed during the End Phase of the turn it is activated.
