This card can be a powerful tool for turning the tide of a game by untapping your creatures and stealing your opponent's creatures to swing in for lethal damage. While there may be better options depending on the specific strategy of the deck, Reins of Power can be a strong and unexpected play that catches opponents off guard and should definitely see play in the right deck.
