A deck centered around the Fortune Lady archetype would benefit the most from using Time Passage as it provides a quick and temporary boost to the levels of the monsters, allowing for easier access to higher-level Synchro or Xyz plays. However, Forbidden Lance may be a better option in some situations for protecting your monsters, while Pot of Extravagance can provide stronger overall deck consistency. Ultimately, Time Passage can be useful situationally in a Fortune Lady deck but may not always be a top priority card to include in competitive play.
