Ugin's Insight, Sorcery, designed by Tyler Jacobson first released in Oct, 2015 in the set Battle for Zendikar Promos and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.60.
A control or midrange deck that focuses on ramping up mana and controlling the board would benefit from using Ugin's Insight, as it allows for card advantage and selection. However, there are better cards like Dig Through Time or Fact or Fiction that provide similar effects more efficiently, making Ugin's Insight less likely to see play in competitive decks.
