A deck that relies heavily on monsters being removed from play, such as a banish-focused deck or a deck that uses cards like Dimensional Fissure or Macro Cosmos, would benefit from Dimensional Inversion. However, there are better alternatives like Dimensional Barrier which can prevent your opponent from using certain summoning methods altogether.
