This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies, particularly in a Bant (Green-White-Blue) deck that aims to go wide with multiple attacking creatures. While Flurry of Wings can generate a significant number of flying tokens, it may not be as efficient as other token-generating cards like Secure the Wastes or Lingering Souls, which provide more immediate value.
