About Narset, Parter of Veils

Narset, Parter of Veils, Legendary planeswalker — narset, designed by Magali Villeneuve first released in May, 2019 in the set War of the Spark Promos and was printed exactly in 15 different ways. It see play in 3 formats: Commander, Brawl and Casual. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 16.89.

Narset, Parter of Veils is a powerful card that would benefit control or combo decks looking to limit their opponents' card advantage. While it can be a strong addition to decks that want to slow down their opponents, there are better options in certain situations, such as Teferi, Time Raveler for more versatile control, or Jace, the Mind Sculptor for card advantage. Whether Narset should see play depends on the specific strategy and meta of the deck, but it can be a valuable tool in the right context.

Rules

05/03/19

Narset will “see” cards drawn by opponents earlier in the turn she entered the battlefield, although Narset can’t affect cards drawn before she entered the battlefield. For example, if an opponent draws two cards, then Narset enters the battlefield, that opponent can’t draw more cards that turn, but the two drawn cards are unaffected.

05/03/19

Your opponents can each draw a maximum of one card each on each player’s turn. Subsequent card draws during that turn are ignored.
