A control-oriented deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's plays and slowing down their strategy would benefit from including Blizzard Dragon in their deck. While Blizzard Dragon's effect can be useful for stalling and preventing the opponent from making aggressive moves, there are other cards like Number 41: Bagooska the Terribly Tired Tapir that provide more versatile and powerful forms of monster lockdown. However, if the deck is specifically designed to capitalize on Blizzard Dragon's effect and playstyle, it could see play as a situational tech choice.
