This card could benefit decks that focus on graveyard manipulation and reviving monsters for additional plays, such as Zombie or Dark Magician decks. However, there are better options available like Monster Reborn which allows you to Special Summon any monster from either player's graveyard without the drawback of being destroyed when the spell card is destroyed. Overall, Premature Burial may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limitations compared to other revival cards.
