Wish Dragon, Dragon effect monster, designed by Konami first released in Sep, 2022 in the set No set.

A deck focused on Level 5 or higher Dragon monsters, such as a Dragon Link or Dragon Ruler deck, would benefit from using Wish Dragon as it can provide additional monsters for field presence. However, considering the restriction on Special Summoning from the Extra Deck, it may not be the most optimal choice compared to other cards like Black Dragon Collapserpent or White Dragon Wyverburster which offer more versatile effects and synergy with Dragon decks.
