About Release the Ants

Release the Ants, Instant, designed by Ron Spencer first released in Feb, 2008 in the set Morningtide and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.35.

A deck that focuses on aggressive red strategies and aims to quickly deal damage to the opponent would benefit from using Release the Ants in Magic: the Gathering. While Release the Ants can provide a small burst of damage and potential card advantage through the clash mechanic, there are likely better options available for more competitive decks, such as Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning, which offer more efficient and consistent damage output. Overall, Release the Ants may not see widespread play in competitive decks but could still be a fun and flavorful inclusion in casual or thematic red decks.
