Introduction
Duelist's Advance, the new Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG set, came out on July 3rd, 2025 and brought us excellent cards. Of course, this includes support for already existing decks and great new archetypes.
Check out below the best cards from Duelist's Advance!
Main Cards from Duelist's Advance

The new "Onomatopoeia" support cards will be great for this archetype, and could make it a decent support engine for decks that spam rank 4 Xyz monsters. The main variant should see play with Ryzeal, the best deck in the format nowadays that also goes pretty well with "Onomatopoeia" cards.

These Lunalight cards will make this deck a competitive option for anyone who enjoys aggro strategies. The card that most stands out among them is Lunalight Gold Leo, an exceptional starter that will make this deck more consistent, as it can recycle resources in this archetype. Furthermore, the new fusion monsters, Lunalight Liger Dancer and Lunalight Perfume Dancer, will make the OTK in this list a lot more powerful.

Medius the Pure is the central character in Yu-Gi-Oh!'s latest storyline, just like Fallen of Albaz was for the Branded storyline. Despite this, "Medius" is actually more impactful than "Albaz" because it is a starter in its strategy.

Artmage is the first Medius the Pure-related archetype. It mainly focuses on mages that use art as a sort of spiritual energy to face mystical entities.
This deck should be a great option for competitive players because it centers around spamming monsters with versatile effects, such as negating effects and destroying cards.

Furthermore, because this part of the lore is considered the current "face" of KONAMI, it should remain in the meta for a long time. It will probably get constant support.

These Psychic support cards are incredibly strong. You can use them as an engine or in a standalone good stuff list centered around this monster type.

They'll be incredibly strong in the main deck, but this set also brought us great cards for the extra deck.

The new Monarch cards will make this classic deck playable in the current Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG format because they will make it more consistent, which has always been one of its weak spots. I don't believe this deck will be strong enough to be meta. However, considering its core mechanic is centered around locks, as a rogue list, it could steal a few wins against opponents that aren't prepared to face it.

Kaibaman the Legend can work in Blue-Eyes, but, honestly, it's not necessary. KONAMI released this card more because it is so nostalgic than to actually support the Blue-Eyes archetype.

These Vanquish Soul support cards are definitely the most impactful part of this set, and should make this deck one of the best options in the meta. Vanquish Soul Hollie Sue will make it quite resilient, whereas Vanquish Soul, Start! will make it more consistent, considering it makes Vanquish Soul Dr. Mad Love a 1-card combo starter. As for Vanquish Soul Rocks's effects, they will let this deck end games in the most straightforward way - by attacking.

Primite Dragon Nether Berzelius is the first extra deck monster in the Primite archetype, and a powerful boss monster. To summon it, you'll need Primite Fusion, a fusion spell that can recycle resources by using materials from the board, graveyard, and/or banish zone and shuffling them into the deck.

Sky Striker Ace = Zero will give Sky Striker something it didn't have even at its prime - the ability to play well even when you go first with it. Besides a searcher for your spells, "Zero" is an interaction by itself.
Sky Striker Special Maneuver - Lemnisgate! is a bounce interaction that will make this deck even more versatile. Furthermore, it stands out among other spells because you can use it for as long as you control cards in your main monster zone.
