Introduction
"Millennium" is the latest Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG archetype, formed by "modern" versions of classic monsters, and spells that reference the Millennium Items. Furthermore, the main card in this strategy, Millennium Ankh, is directly related to Exodia the "Forbidden One" cards. This deck's boss monster, The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate, is the newest version of the mightiest creature in the entire Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG universe!
Let's see how "Exodia Millennium" works!

Main Deck
The Millennium engine in this deck is quite restricted. It only includes 3 monsters that can easily self-summon themselves and thus don't require you to normal summon them. Nonetheless, you can use them in other decks, which is great.
The most important of them are Sengenjin Wakes from a Millennium and Shield of the Millennium Dynasty - the first one searches and gets monsters in your deck for you, and the second is this archetype's main spell. Besides them, we also have Golem That Guards the Millennium Treasures, which gives you your field spell.
Wedju Temple is this archetype's field spell. It is a consistency card that helps you start your combos, as it gets any monster in your deck for you directly, and also plays around a possible Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring. Furthermore, it recycles your destroyed Millennium monsters by putting them back into your spell/trap zone.
Millennium Ankh is the most critical card in this deck. Despite not being a fusion spell, it works like one, and lets you access this archetype's boss monster, The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate. It also can't be stopped by handtraps, as it doesn't use any fusion materials. You only need to reveal your Forbidden One cards to use it.
Exxod Fires of Rage is one of the main interactions in this archetype, but, at the same time, you can only use it if The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate is on the board. It also represents one of his attacks.
Forbidden One cards are basically the "garnets" you need to access this strategy's boss monster. There are a lot of them, and they're quite bad individually, but they'll win you the game on the spot as your alternative win condition.
Planet Pathfinder is an excellent normal summon alternative for this deck, as it doesn't actually have any. It significantly improves its overall consistency because it gets you your field spell.
As techs, we have cards that work really well both when you're going first and when you're going second. Super Polymerization, for instance, is great in a deck with so many extra deck slots. Meanwhile, Called by the Grave can be useful against handtraps and also against the main engine in the format right now, Fiendsmith.
This list also includes the most generic handtraps, namely "Ash Blossom" and the main monster negates. Finally, we have Nibiru, the Primal Being, which is great in the current format, considering there are many extensive combos around.

The last tech in this deck is a fairly unknown trap that will probably become a bit more popular soon because of Silhouhatte Rabbit. Furthermore, Angel Statue - Azurune is a strong interaction, so it will most definitely become a staple.
Extra Deck
The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate is this deck's powerful boss monster. Besides accessing your main trap, it has protection against destruction by effects and is a spell/trap negate. In addition, its effect, which gives it ATK equal to your life points, can be useful. With the right amount of life points, you can even win games with it.
Garura, Wings of Resonant Life, Mudragon of the Swamp, and Predaplant Dragostapelia are the best Super Polymerization targets in this deck, and much of this is because they're the best generic options for this nowadays.
Super Starslayer TY-PHON - Sky Crisis is an out for a possible enemy Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder, besides other towers.
Silhouhatte Rabbit is the new trendy card among this list's extra deck generic monsters, and is quite interesting precisely because it is so generic and lets you access Angel Statue - Azurune, an incredibly strong interaction.
Knightmare Phoenix is your out for any annoying spell or trap cards. You can also just use it to play around a card in your opponent's backrow.
S:P Little Knight and Underworld Goddess of the Closed World are I:P Masquerena's main targets. You can access Masquerena through your starting combo if you open with Angel Statue - Azurune in your hand (as you won't need to get it with Silhouhatte Rabbit), or just get it during grind games, which is what usually happens.
Finally, the last cards in the extra deck are part of this deck's OTK combo, which makes it a bit more lethal whenever your engine isn't enough to finish the duel.
Exodia Millennium Goal
Exodia Millennium's main game plan is to summon its boss monster, The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate, and use it to access Exxod Fires of Rage, your main trap. Furthermore, if you have enough monsters on the board, you can also get Silhouhatte Rabbit, which will put another interaction on your board with Angel Statue - Azurune.
Standard Combo
I'll show you the standard combo if you open with Wedju Temple + Sengenjin Wakes from a Millennium:
> Firstly, activate Wedju Temple and use its effect to put Sengenjin Wakes from a Millennium in your trap and spell zone from your hand, as well as Shield of the Millennium Dynasty, from your deck;

> Now, activate Shield of the Millennium Dynasty's effect to summon it and get Millennium Ankh from your deck. It will go to your hand;
> Next, activate Sengenjin Wakes from a Millennium's effect to summon it (this time revealing the Millennium Ankh in your hand to your opponent to not pay any life points), and move Golem that Guards the Millennium Treasures from your deck to your hand;
> Activate Golem that Guards the Millennium Treasures in your spell and trap zone and summon it through its effect to get another copy of Wedju Temple as follow-up;
> Now, use Shield of the Millennium Dynasty and Golem that Guards the Millennium Treasures as link material to summon Silhouhatte Rabbit, and use its effect to put Angel Statue - Azurune in play directly from your deck;
> Finally, activate Millennium Ankh to summon the deck's boss monster, The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate, so you can put Exxod Fires of Rage in play directly from your deck during your end step.
Like so, this will be your final board:
Main Matchups in the Format
Even though you can build an interesting board with it and win a few matches against rogue decks, Exodia Millennium struggles against actual meta decks. That's because its interactions aren't enough to hold off opponents like Snake-Eye and Tenpai, for instance. Furthermore, this deck can't deal with the many handtrap interactions the main decks in the format use.
So, if you're looking for fun and maybe an uncut gem for the future, Exodia Millennium is a good option. If you're looking for a competitive deck, this is definitely not the best option nowadays. In the hands of an experienced duelist, however, this deck could steal a couple of matches against the best meta decks around.
