To open our list, we have XX-clusion which negates monster effects, but only the ones that activate in your hand. Furthermore, if your opponent has any cards in hand, they'll have to discard one of them. This way, XX-clusion works like two interactions in one.
9 - Debunk
Debunk is a bit more generic than the card above; it negates monster effects that activate in your hand or graveyard, and, besides this, it also banishes it, which is usually quite efficient.
8 - Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell
Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell might be better in decks with lots of spells (as you'll need to discard one of them to use it), but it is extremely efficient. Besides negating spell activations, it prevents your opponent from activating other copies of this same card for the rest of the duel.
