Introduction

Quarter Century Stampede, the latest Yu-Gi-Oh! set, is finally out! This reprint set should be the last set released in the "Rarity Collection" style, that is, a set with 7 different types of rare cards.

They are:

> Super Rare;

> Ultra Rare;

> Secret Rare;

> Quarter Century Secret Rare;

> Platinum Secret Rare;

> Collector's Rare (Japanese version);

> Ultimate Rare (Japanese version).

Just like Quarter Century Bonanza, Quarter Century Stampede includes a main card pool centered around the Advanced format, and a nostalgia card pool for the Time Wizard format and collectors as well. Furthermore, some cards got new artworks, namely exclusive Quarter Century Secret Rares.

In this article, we'll review the best reprints from Quarter Century Stampede!

These reprints will make these handtraps even cheaper for a long time, considering they were already quite cheap. After all, KONAMI had already reprinted them not that long ago.

Nibiru, the Primal Being's true appearance is finally shown! The other versions of this card only showed its "outline" inside the "meteor", so this new artwork definitely stands out.

This new Effect Veiler artwork is way more angelic than the other ones. In it, Veiler is shown flying among the clouds manipulating a wind sphere.

Mulcharmy Fuwalos is definitely the most important card in this set, considering this is the first time the most impactful staple in the game is being reprinted. This will probably make it a lot cheaper, as well as accessible to most players.

These reprints, particularly Live☆Twin Ki-sikil and Live☆Twin Lil-la, are very welcome right now, considering great support cards for this archetype will come out really soon. This will also prevent future buyouts, which is great for anyone who wants to build this deck.

These reprints will make up for past buyouts of some cards in this archetype after YCS Houston. Personally, I believe this deck is a great option if you're looking for a new deck to play in this new format.

Fiendsmith Engraver is the main card in the most popular engine in the meta, and this reprint is probably why the last banlist didn't touch it. Fiendsmith will most likely become even more popular in this new format because of how accessible it will be.

This reprint is directly for budget players that bought the Structure Deck: Blue-Eyes White Destiny. This card might not be essential for this deck, but it does make all its strategies a lot more powerful.

Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder's new illustration shows it just after it defeated an enemy. Despite the victory, you can see it took some damage in this battle.

Super Starslayer TY-PHON - Sky Crisis was reprinted once again, and we hope that, this time, it actually becomes cheaper. In this format, Ryzeal is the best deck and "TY-PHON" is the easiest out for Ryzeal Detonator. If most players can afford it, it will become quite popular.

Accesscode Talker's new artwork shows it charging towards an enemy, but from the enemy's point of view, as if "Accesscode" is breaking out of the card itself.

This reprint is great news for anyone who enjoys Salamangreat. The reason why is that we got this support card in the middle of the "fire format", which made it a lot more expensive. Now, this deck is once again a great budget option.

Called by the Grave's new artwork is a bit random, as it is very similar to the original illustration, but in a video game style. And, on top of it all, Live☆Twin Ki-sikil and Lil-la are the ones playing and having a lot of fun with it.

Pot of Extravagance's new artwork shows Eldlich the Golden Lord as the protagonist of what looks like a "ritual". This "ritual" will most likely summon the minions that protect the Golden Land.

Lightning Storm's new illustration shows us that this storm is, actually, an attack from Chimeratech Rampage Dragon. This choice seems to be a reference and comparison to "Chimeratech"'s effects, as they destroy cards in your backrow and attack multiple times.

Metaltronus wasn't that well-received when it was released. However, it got a lot more popular in the main decks in the format ever since it was "discovered" as an excellent tech card, particularly in mirror matches. After this sudden success, came its buyout, but this reprint will certainly make it cheaper.

Different Dimension Ground should become very popular in the side decks of the current format. That's because it can replace the recently banned Dimension Shifter. Furthermore, it is an interesting target for Triple Tactics Thrust.

Destructive Daruma Karma Cannon is an incredibly strong trap because of how its effect works, particularly against decks that focus on link summons. This reprint should make Labrynth an excellent control list for budget players that want to beat the meta.

Nostalgia Card Pool

The nostalgia card pool is a gift for collectors, as it includes many classic cards from the anime series and the TCG. It also includes many relevant cards for Time Wizard, the retro format.
