Therefore, I prepared this list with all the movies in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise!
List of Yu-Gi-Oh! Movies
Yu-Gi-Oh! (movie)
The first Yu-Gi-Oh! is only 30 minutes long and takes place even before the original anime.
In the movie, we meet a boy named Shougo Aoyama, who is too insecure to duel even though he has a rare and powerful card in his deck, the legendary Red-Eyes Black Dragon.

Seto Kaiba finds out about Shougo's rare card and organizes an "unrefusable" tournament for the guests, where his presence is mandatory. Yugi Muto enters the tournament and faces Kaiba, promising to show Shougo that one can have the potential and power to become a true duelist.
During the movie we were shown a lady in the card shop, considered by some to be Yugi's grandmother; however, since she doesn't appear in the anime, we can also consider her death.
Due to the little publicity of the tournament, Kaiba's defeat was not something remarkable for everyone, but in the end, his threat to return for a rematch could be the beginning to trigger the first duel of the anime where he is defeated by Exodia.
Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light
In the chronology of the anime series, this film takes place between the "Battle City" and "Orichalcos" arcs.
The movie Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie: Pyramid of Light shows us that when the boy Yugi Muto cracked the Millennium Puzzle, he freed an ancient Pharaoh, but something he never knew is that, together with the Pharaoh, he freed Anubis, the Egyptian god of death.
Three years later, Seto Kaiba is looking for a way to defeat Yugi's Egyptian God Cards, so he goes to the island of Maximillion Pegasus, creator of the Duel Monsters game, to challenge him.
However, a strange creature puts an extra card in Pegasus' deck, which Kaiba defeats in a duel. As Pegasus bet a card that would defeat the Egyptian gods, Kaiba takes it, but ends up taking, too, the card that the supposed creature placed.
Afterwards, Kaiba challenges Yugi to a duel and ends up defeating his Egyptian gods, but imprisons the two of them in a giant blue pyramid, the Pyramid of Light.
Minutes before that, a museum that contained a mummy and a newly discovered millennium relic was robbed. However, Yugi's grandfather Solomon Muto remembers a prophecy, that Anubis tried to end the world 5,000 years ago, and would someday come back to try again. Thus, Anubis resurfaces in the sands of Egypt and wants revenge on the one who had previously defeated him: Pharaoh, Yugi's alter-ego.

Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions
The movie Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions takes place after the events of the original Yu-Gi-Oh! anime.
In the opening of the film, the Kaiba Corporation is doing a quest for the Millennium Puzzle. Suddenly, a mysterious cloaked man is seen in the underground shrine, so one of Kaiba's bodyguards complains that he is late and tries to rush him by telling him to speed up his progress; otherwise they will find someone more effective.
A year after the Pharaoh's departure, Yugi Muto and his closest friends are in their senior year of high school and are talking about what they will do in the future. Meanwhile, Seto Kaiba has commissioned an excavation to retrieve the dismantled Millennium Enigma from the ruins of the Millennium Chamber, with the aim of reviving Atem. The dig is interrupted by Diva, who faces Kaiba in a game of Duel Monsters and steals two pieces of the recovered puzzle. He keeps one fragment and gives the other to his sister Sera, who passes it on to Yugi Muto, aware that he was the Pharaoh's host.

He is interested in Yugi's friend Ryo Bakura, whom he believes is responsible for the death of his father/mentor, Shadi. Using his Quantum Cube, he transports Bakura and Joey to another dimension. Bakura apologizes and explains that the Millennium Ring's evil spirit was responsible.
The two are interrupted by Mani who has become warped by the Millennium Ring's evil energies. When Yugi, Tea and Tristan meet "Aigami", he reveals himself to be Diva and her plan to eliminate Bakura as well as Yugi. As Diva nearly disintegrates the three of them into another dimension, Joey inadvertently returns to the real world, thanks to Atem's spirit.
Kaiba has the computer to rebuild the Millennium Puzzle, but finds 2 peces to complete it. He kidnaps Diva and approaches Yugi, so he can have the two of them participate in the presentation of his updated Duel Disc virtual reality technology. He intends to duel Diva and Yugi, while playing his puzzle pieces. However, Yugi is furious with Diva for what he did to Bakura and insists on dueling him first, Kaiba agrees.
Yugi defeats Diva, resulting in Bakura's return to reality, and during his duel with Kaiba, Yugi once again completes the Millennium Puzzle to demonstrate that Atem's spirit is no longer inside. Diva becomes corrupted by the incredible evil powers of the Millennium Ring and duels against Yugi and Kaiba. Kaiba sacrifices himself during the duel and makes a final appeal to Yugi to call Atem. Yugi manages to do so, and he and Atem defeat Diva with ease. Atem and the Millennium Puzzle then disappear, and Kaiba returns to reality.
The movie ends with Yugi and his best friends watching Tea leave the airport, searching for her biggest dream of becoming a professional ballerina in New York. Meanwhile, Kaiba uses his technology with the Quantum Cube to transport his consciousness to the Spirit World. So, he approaches Pharaoh Atem, seated on his throne, who answers him with a confident smile.

Yusei explains the situation to Jaden, and they decide to work together. Jaden takes a computer and uses the Manjome foundation's database to access an article, which claims that Paradox killed Pegasus, using Stardust and other famous dragons. Suddenly, Jaden's Neos card disappears like Stardust Dragon, and that era begins to disappear as well. Yusei and Jaden travel further in time to try to prevent Pegasus' death.
Years earlier, Maximillion Pegasus is hosting a dueling tournament in Domino City, and Yugi Muto is participating with his grandfather Solomon. Paradox uses his newly acquired monsters to attack the event, killing Pegasus, Yugi's grandfather, and several spectators, but Yugi survives.
Yusei and Jaden arrive, and the Crimson Dragon transports them and Yugi 30 minutes back in time before Paradox's attack to stop him, as Pegasus' untimely death would drastically alter the course of history. After learning about Paradox's actions, Yugi decides to join them, letting the Pharaoh take control. Jaden realizes that his Neos is back and proclaims that now, all of his cards are safe from being destroyed by any alteration ever made to time.
The trio then confront Paradox, who reveals that he comes from a dystopian future far beyond Yusei's, in which the world is in ruins, and claims that the only way to fix it is to eliminate the Duel Monsters from history. However, the three heroes protest that by doing so, all future events and people associated with the Duel Monsters will also be erased, and challenge him to a Duel.
By combining the powers of their main monsters, Yugi, Jaden and Yusei defeat Paradox. After the duel, the three say their goodbyes and promise to meet again someday. The last two return to their respective time periods. New Domino City returns to normal, and Yusei returns to his own time, optimistic about what the future holds.
