After the start of the new format, new decks emerged as good options, so I gathered in this article 4 decks that, despite not being top tiers in the Metagame, are still competent and, in addition, are easy to play, which makes learning fasterr for new players.

Runick Magical Musketeer
The first deck I'm suggesting can be classified as a Rogue and is composed of 2 different archetypes, but with a great synergy.

The Magical Musketeer archetype is nothing new for Yu-Gi-Oh! players, and has a control mechanic through its Spells and Traps, but in a slightly different way.
Your Main Deck monsters have the shared effect that allows the player to activate Archetype Spell and Trap Cards from the hand while controlling them. In addition, if any Spell/Trap card is activated in the same column as a "Magical Musketeer" monster, it performs another effect ranging from adding Magical Musket cards from the Deck or Graveyard to the hand, summoning a Magical Musketeer monster straight from the deck, among others.
The Runick archetype, on the other hand, has a somewhat similar mechanic, the difference is that it doesn't have Main Deck monsters and controls the game through its Quick Spells, which have several effects that when they are performed, make the opponent banish cards from the top of the deck, while the Field Spell Runick Fountain allows you to activate your "Runick" Fast Spells from your hand during your opponent's turn, as well as cycling them back to the bottom of the deck and drawing cards in the process.
So, the idea here is to keep Runick Fountain on the field to activate your Spells and banish cards from your opponent's deck and, when possible, in the same column where you control your "Magical Musketeer" Monsters, which generate more interactions to decrease the opponent's resources.
Flowandereeze
Floowandereeze can be classified as a Tier 2 and is a Normal Summon/Tribute focused deck, so it only has Main Deck monsters. Despite this, the deck uses the Extra Deck, but it's rare that any of these monsters are Summoned, and they're mainly there so the list can run cards like Pot of Prosperity, in an attempt to solve its consistency issues.
"Minor" Floowandereeze Monsters have the shared effect that reads: "If this face-up card leaves the field, banish it instead."
Plus, when a Winged Beast monster is Normal Summoned while they're banished, you can add them back to your hand. In addition, each Floowandereeze has a different effect that, upon resolving, allows you to Normal Summon 1 new Winged Beast monster.
The deck's boss is Floowandereeze & Empen which can add 1 "Floowandereeze" Spell/Trap from the deck to the hand when Tribute Summoned, in addition to having a "floodgate" effect, which prevents the opponent from activating effects of Special Summoned monsters they control in Attack Position.
To top it off, it has a quick effect of halving the current ATK/DEF of an opponent's monster that battles it.
In addition to its powerful boss monster, the deck plays compelling cards like Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds which only allows the Special Summon of Wind monsters and Dimension Shifter which turns off the Graveyard for 2 turns. Thus, the deck is well positioned in the format as a kind of “anti-meta”.

Mathmech
Mathmech is yet another deck that can be classified as Tier 2 and is a typical Cyberse deck, consistent and with many handtraps.
Since its release, Mathmech Circular has increased the deck's level making it more consistent and with a more explosive combo, which consists of seeking the Mathmech Superfactorial Trap while keeping 3 "Mathmech" monsters in the Graveyard, in addition to Summoning Decode Talker Heatsoul to draw cards.
Also, if your opponent interrupts your standard plan of seeking Mathmech Superfactorial, you can still go to Plan B and summon Decode Talker Heatsoul.
So, using Mathmech Superfactorial, you can Summon Primathmech Laplacian on your opponent's turn, and detach 3 materials from it and use its 3 effects: send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard; send 1 monster your opponent controls to the Graveyard; send 1 Spell/Trap your opponent controls to the Graveyard.
This is in addition to the effect negation granted by Mathmech Diameter.
Exosister
The Exosister deck is a rather solid Tier 2 Xyz deck focused on punishing decks that move cards from the Graveyard. Thus, with the increase in popularity of Tearlaments, Exosister emerges as a good option to face it.
The Main Deck's Exosisters share the effect of Summoning an "Exosister" Xyz Monster using only themselves as face-up material, as long as one or more cards "leave" from any Graveyard. In addition, some of them can make you gain 800 Life Points, if they are on the field with its"duo".
When Xyz Summoned using an "Exosister" Monster as material:
- Exosister Mikailis has the quick effect of banishing 1 card your opponent controls or in their Graveyard;
- Exosister Kaspitell has the effect of preventing both players from Special Summoning monsters from the Graveyard for the rest of the turn;
- Exosister Asophiel has the effect of preventing both players from activating card effects in the graveyard this turn;
- Exosister Gibrine has the quick effect of negating the effects of 1 monster in your opponent's control until the end of this turn.
When detaching 1 Xyz Material:
- Exosister Mikailis can add 1 “Exosister” Spell/Trap from your deck to your hand;
- Exosister Kaspitell can add 1 “Exosister” Monster from your deck to your hand;
- Exosister Asophiel can return 1 monster in your opponent's control to your hand;
- Exosister Gibrine can increase the Attack of all Xyz Monsters under your control by 800 points.
Additionally, they all share the effect of not being destroyed in combat by a monster Special Summoned from the Graveyard.
Exosisters Magnifica is the big boss of the deck and can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. In addition to having two quick effects: the first allows you to banish 1 card your opponent controls; the second allows you to return 1 Xyz Monster you have attached to this card to your Extra Deck, then you can Special Summon that monster from your Extra Deck, using this card you control as material.
